Team acceptances: Check that your coach/captain has returned the team acceptance form with the Team Status table below. If not, it should be in an email with the subject line CRE[AT]E Challenge acceptance + Kickoff sent on Friday October 11th (if your team registered before the kickoff).
Student acceptances: On the team status table below, check the student status. When your team coach/captain returns the team acceptance form, it triggers an email to be sent to all team members, who must then individually fill out a student acceptance form.
A Discord invitation is included in all acceptance confirmation emails. Please join the Discord and introduce yourself!
Can't find the emails above? Have you checked your junk/spam folder? Are you using a school/company email that heavily blocks/filters content?
Does your team not appear on the Team Status table below?
If you registered after kickoff (October 18th), we are on a slower processing cadence for team acceptances. Please allow up to two weeks for team acceptance responses.
If you registered before kickoff, please contact us at bwsi-create-challenge@mit.edu.
If you already registered, please do not submit a second registration. Instead, check your spam folder(s) and if what you are looking for is not there, email us.
Go ahead and get started on the course! You do not need access to Edly to begin.
Edly invitations are sent out manually in batches by Beaver Works staff who work standard 9-5 hours during the weekdays (so probably not on a weekend or late at night). The last batch was sent out on November 6th. The next batch will be sent out soon.
Students who have completed the course from previous iterations of the Challenge do not need to complete the course again.
Having trouble accessing your Edly account? See the troubleshooting guide here. We use the same infrastructure/process as the CubeSat course.
Find a co-designer to work with if you have not done so already! See Finding a Co-Designer for more information. The CRE[AT]E Challenge is not responsible for matching you with co-designers.
If your team is interested in ordering a Challenge t-shirt, you can do so here!
Course Section: Ideas to Ink (due November 23rd)
Project Milestone: Find a Co-Designer (due November 23rd)
